Useful tips to ensure a smooth process in ordering passes
- When you download the bulk order template from ETS, keep in mind that you must not change the format.
- Make sure that when you copy-paste the details of your participants to the template, you only copy the rows with details and do not include spaces.
- In the bulk order template, be sure to follow the format required as it is defined in the “Description” tab
- Delete the pre-populated fields in the file when you upload your bulk order template.
- When you create your order, be sure that you do not switch tabs until you receive the message “successful entries”. This means that you successfully ordered the passes, which you can find under the order overview.
Error in row and column, cell value not provided
This type of error occurs if there are blank spaces in the bulk order template that you uploaded in ETS. To fix the issue, please follow the steps below:
- Download a new bulk order template. Copy only the rows with the data you entered from your old bulk order template and paste it into your new template.
- Before uploading the new template, be sure to check if the new template has no blank spaces. In your template, click “Find and Select” then “Go to Special” then select bullet “Blanks” and hit ok. If there were no blank spaces in the new template you should see the below message:
3. You can now upload your new template and proceed with ordering the passes as usual following the ETS instructions.
Sheet Not Found
This error is displayed when the bulk order template file tab called "Import" has had its title changed from “Import” to anything else. The name “Import” cannot be changed. It needs to always remain “Import” for the file to work properly.
