The DiscoverEU Inclusion Action Programme mainly provides access to the Eurail Ticketing System (ETS), the DiscoverEU Interrail Pass, and the DiscoverEU Travel App.
Interrail B.V. is responsible for providing and running the DiscoverEU Interrail Pass, according to the DiscoverEU Interrail Pass Conditions of Use. Any extra travel costs or arrangements that are not included in the Pass must be booked directly by the partner organisation. Any reimbursement for these costs is handled directly through your Erasmus+ National Agency.
In some cases, Interrail B.V. may consider reimbursing unavoidable costs if they were caused by travel disruptions while using the DiscoverEU Interrail Pass. This follows the EU Passenger Rights rules and the DiscoverEU Interrail Pass Conditions of Use. You can find more details in the related article about passenger rights for DiscoverEU Interrail Pass holders.
Seat reservations are not included in the DiscoverEU Interrail Pass. For more information on how to book seat reservations for your group, please see the related article.
