When ordering the DiscoverEU Flex Passes, you need to select the right project year in ETS. This will determine the pricing applied to your Passes, which should align with the funding offered in your grant.
The project year is not related to the year in which you travel. Instead, the project year refers to the time in which you applied for the funding of your project.
To find your project year, check the grant approval document you received from the Erasmus+ National Agency. This document will list a project code, which starts with the year in which your project's funding was approved. You will need to fill out this year in the ‘project code – year' field, which will ensure that you are charged the correct amount.
If you received funding for multiple projects, you will need to book the Passes for each project separately and apply the prices for each project accordingly.

If you want to order Passes as part of a previously secured grant (the application was made in 2023 or before), then you can continue ordering Passes as before.
